Human Refugees

Human Refugees was an immersive non-profit exhibition organized by artists/refugees/asylum seekers from all over the world. Exhibition depicted documentaries, photographs, art, facts and figures depicting a refugee's journey. We wanted to create a safe space for people to ask questions and discuss the refugee crisis, as it is an issue that needs to be engaged with more.

I had two installations depicted in the exhibition:

This installation showed an experimental short documentary featuring a path of refugees through the worst experience. My aim was to mimic the rash of the adrenaline while encountering multiple catastrophes, while emerging in the 3D screening.

This room showed digital photographic images of Yarld’s Wood Detention Centre that is located near Bedfordshire, England.
